1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

AdMark Studio is committed to making our platform accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or technology. We believe that everyone should have equal access to create stunning advertisements and graphics.

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our Service and ensure it meets or exceeds the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

2. Accessibility Standards

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility.

WCAG 2.1 is built on four core principles, requiring that content be:

  • Perceivable: Information and user interface components must be presentable to users in ways they can perceive
  • Operable: User interface components and navigation must be operable
  • Understandable: Information and the operation of user interface must be understandable
  • Robust: Content must be robust enough to be interpreted reliably by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies

3. Current Accessibility Features

Our platform includes the following accessibility features:

Keyboard Navigation

  • All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard
  • Logical tab order throughout the application
  • Skip navigation links to bypass repetitive content
  • Keyboard shortcuts for common actions in the editor

Screen Reader Support

  • Semantic HTML structure for proper content hierarchy
  • ARIA labels and roles where appropriate
  • Descriptive alternative text for images
  • Form labels and error messages announced to screen readers

Visual Accessibility

  • Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
  • Focus indicators for interactive elements
  • No content that flashes more than three times per second
  • Consistent navigation and layout patterns
  • Resizable text up to 200% without loss of functionality

Assistive Technology Compatibility

  • Compatible with modern screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
  • Compatible with screen magnification software
  • Works with voice recognition software

4. Known Limitations

While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, we acknowledge some areas of our platform may have limitations:

  • Canvas Editor: The visual banner editor uses canvas technology which has inherent accessibility challenges. We provide alternative text descriptions for generated content and are exploring accessible editing alternatives.
  • Drag and Drop: Some features rely on drag-and-drop interactions. We are working to provide keyboard alternatives for all drag-and-drop functionality.
  • Third-Party Content: Some embedded third-party content (payment forms, social embeds) may not meet our accessibility standards. We work with vendors to improve accessibility.
  • Complex Visualizations: Some data visualizations and previews may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We provide text alternatives where possible.

We are actively working to address these limitations and appreciate your patience as we continue to improve.
